Chantelle Russell
Chantelle Russell, native to Arizona, has been on the Burns Team Since graduating with a Communications degree from Arizona State University. She has worked her way from starting as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, to becoming a full partner in our Premier Accounts division. Through hard work and extreme customer service, Chantelle Russell has worked her way up to be the team's Loan Officer Full Partner. Customers will find that working with Chantelle in the origination process will be easy and comforting knowing that she has their back with her extensive knowledge and guiding hand. Chantelle is your go-to person from initial contact through closing. She is very sensitive to the fact that this is your investment and home, treating customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Kaitlin Lafferty
Our marvelous Licensed Loan Officer Assistant. She is here to provide support to customers throughout the transaction, from your initial application and working on credit items to disclosures and everything in between - she wears many hats! Hannah Nardi
Our exceptional Processing Assistant. She is responsible for not only supporting the team, but you as well! She is involved in updating important documentation, loan disclosures, ordering verifications, and looking out for any areas of concern that could pop up during the transaction. Brittany Baugh
One of our wonderful Processors! She is responsible for updating and anticipating important documentation needed specific to your loan. She will be looking out for any red flags and assists in submitting files to underwriting for final approval. Your loan is in good hands with Brittany helping you through the finish line! Fun fact about Brittany is she likes to relax with paint by numbers and loves all things animals.
Collette Riegel
One of our fabulous Processors! She has over 27 years of experience, and it shows in the way she carries our files with ease and expertise through the finish line. She is a guideline guru and knows the ins and outs of this industry making her a great asset to our team – and you! In her free time, she enjoys crafting, sewing, and reading books.
Jim Burns
Jim Burns is our team founder and “Out of the Box Extraordinaire!”. While he is not actively originating loans anymore, we are still very thankful to have him in our corner as a someone to consult with. Jim has over 35 years of experience in assisting clients throughout Arizona in obtaining their perfect home to begin new chapters in their lives! Not only has he been successful in the mortgage industry, but he is extremely knowledgeable in all things Mortgage. He believes in the "how can we get this done" approach and he has built a strong team to do just that! The #1 question you will hear him ask is "is this the right thing to do?" because that is truly what is most important to Jim and his team - a forward-thinking and honest approach for all customers. Jim and his family have made Arizona their home since 1976 and fully enjoy the diversity the state has to offer. One of his primary leisure activities is exploration of Arizona. In addition, Jim and his wife, Elizabeth, enjoy family activities with their children and grandchildren, and giving back to the community.
